Vinyl Institute Debuts New Website

ALEXANDRIA Va., Oct. 19, 2011 – The Vinyl Institute has introduced a bold new look for its home page www.vinylinfo.org, the comprehensive source for the latest information on the many benefits and versatile uses of vinyl products.

With easy navigation to updated content and materials on the site, the vibrant home page greets the user with a rolling display of images and text that highlight the various benefits of vinyl products to society.

Links to the six main sections are highlighted at the top of the page, including general information about vinyl, and descriptions of its various uses, and “Hot Topics” which addresses common questions about PVC and related products.

The “Recycling” button leads to companies interested in recycling vinyl products, and manufacturers using recycled vinyl products, and “Resources” is an on-line library of publications, brochures, reports, and the Vinyl Institute toolkit.

The Vinyl Institute’s other web sites www.vinylindesign.com, www.vinylnewsservice.net, and www.achievegreen.net are easily accessible, as they are clearly defined and linked on the left column of the www.vinylinfo.org home page.

New content and images will be added to continually enrich the site.  Those with additional information or photographs to provide should send them to Jeff Palmer at jpalmer@vinylinfo.org.

The Vinyl Institute represents the leading manufacturers involved in the production of PVC vinyl in the United States, and promotes the value of PVC and vinyl products to society.
